Landlord Identity Registration Statement
One- and Two-Unit Dwelling Registration Form
New Jersey law requires landlords of
non–owner-occupied one- and two-unit residential dwellings
to file a Landlord Identity Registration Statement with the

Filing this document ensures the Borough has accurate owner, agent,
and emergency contact information for rental properties in Kenilworth.

The required NJ DCA Landlord Identity Registration Statement is available

Please complete the form and return it to:

A copy of the completed form must also be distributed to all tenants.
