Redevelopment Plan
Ordinance 2024-15 which authorized the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for this property was introduced at the 9/4/24 Council Meeting and referred to the Planning Board for Consistency Hearing. At the 9/11/24 Planning Board meeting, the Planning Board deemed the plan consistent with the Borough's Master Plan. At the 9/18/24 Council Meeting DMR, the Borough's Redevelopment Planner, presented an overview of the plan. A Public Hearing was held and the Ordinance was then adopted.
