2023 VEGETATIVE WASTE

The DPW will collect branches, tree parts, grass, leaves and any other vegetative waste, every Wednesday, beginning January 4th, until 

October 25th, 2023. 

Vegetative Waste is NOT picked up during the months of November and December. Curbside collection will recommence the first Wednesday of January, 2024. 

Large branches must be bundled and tied in three-foot sections. 

All vegetative waste may be placed in a 32-gallon trash receptacle or in brown paper lawn & leaf bags. 

Please place all vegetative waste at curbside the night before collection. 

Please remove all dirt from garden/plant waste. 

We will NOT take any plastic bags. 

Vegetative waste, leaves, etc., are NOT accepted at the DPW facility, IN ACCORDANCE WITH NJDEP REGULATIONS.

Christmas trees will be picked up at curbside starting December 27th, 2023 through January 3rd, 2024.  Trees that have lights, ornaments, or that are wrapped in plastic bags, will not be picked up.

Place all items at curb after 5 pm on the night before the collection date.

Cans may be no larger than 32 gallons.

Occasionally pickup may take more than one day due to weather and other circumstances.

Leave your items at the curb until pickup.

Do NOT put items to the curb after your street has been completed.
