MUNICIPAL COURT ADMINISTRATOR
The Kenilworth Borough Municipal
Court is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual, with management and
supervisory skills and good writing and communication skills to work under the
direction of the Municipal Court Judge(s).
Responsibilities include, but are
not limited to, supervision of staff; answering questions form the public;
providing information and procedural guidance to attorneys; facilitating
communication among State, vicinage, and local authorities; preparing,
reviewing, and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reports; maintaining,
reconciling, and balancing the court's financial accounts; drafting
correspondence; evaluating reports; complying with the New Jersey Rules of
Court, Supreme Court Directives, laws, policies and procedures governing the
operation of the municipal courts; and performing other related duties as

with NJ Court Rule 1:34-3 adopted on September 13, 2011.
Applicants who have been awarded
certification pursuant to NJSA 2B:12-11 are preferred or must obtain certification
within six months of the hire date as set forth in NJ Court Rule 1:41-3. Successful applicant must have attended POMCA training.
